As the owner of Dauby Real Estate, I've had the privilege of helping thousands of buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate market throughout Evansville, Newburgh, and the surrounding communities. Our team has consistently been recognized among Indiana's top real estate teams, but what I'm most proud of isn't the awards—it's the trust our clients place in us during some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
I believe real estate is about much more than buying and selling houses. It's about helping families build wealth, create opportunities, and find a place to call home. Beyond serving clients, I'm passionate about developing great real estate professionals. I spend a significant amount of time coaching agents, creating educational content, and sharing what I've learned about leadership, business, and real estate through videos, articles, and speaking engagements.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my wife Ann and our two kids, coaching youth sports, tackling new business ventures, or exploring ways to continue learning and growing. I'm also an active real estate investor and enjoy studying business, leadership, and personal development.
